1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, purchasing tickets, and using our services.

2. How We Use Your Information And Our Legal Basis

We use your information to process ticket purchases, send confirmations, support your account, improve our services, and maintain site reliability. Our legal basis for these uses is performance of the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for purchases and account support, our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for site reliability and fraud prevention, and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional analytics. Optional analytics are only used if you allow analytics cookies, while necessary monitoring remains enabled to diagnose production issues.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients, only as needed to provide our services:

• Event organizers, for ticket delivery and event access purposes.
• Mollie, our payment service provider, to process payments.
• Vercel, our hosting provider, and PostHog (EU, hosted in Frankfurt), our analytics provider, where you have given analytics consent.
• Our email delivery provider, to send order confirmations and tickets.
• Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

Where a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, generally up to 7 years after your last order in line with Belgian statutory retention periods. 5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
