Feature 02 - Scanner
Scan a QR. Hear the beep. Move on.
Point the phone at a ticket. The camera reads the QR code, validates it against the event, and shows a green pass card or a red already-used card.
Duplicate detection - a ticket can only walk through the door once. The app flags re-use instantly.

Feature 04 - Guest list
Add a ticket at the door inside the same app you're scanning with.
A friend of the band needs a comp. A name was left off the guest list. Pick the event, pick the tier, type the email. The person gets a QR ticket on the spot and walks straight to the scanner.
Comps and guest list entries - add a ticket for any tier and mark it as a comp or guest-list addition.
Email or print - the ticket. Their phone or the door printer, the QR works either way.
Seat picker - on reserved-seating events, with the same floorplan as the public site and held seats greyed out.
